LIFECO’s nine-step selection procedure has consistently delivered positive results – on time and under budget. We stand by our selections and do not receive a fee until the final placement is made.

1. Identify and source candidates from LIFECO’s exclusive databases.

2. Conduct extensive phone interview.

3. Review qualifications and select top candidates.

4. Conduct a face-to-face interview with selected top candidates.

5. Arrange all meetings for the top candidates with decision makers.

6. Formal written reports on all final candidates to decision makers.

7. Facilitate hiring process until complete.

8. Weekly conference call with decision makers to discuss candidates in process and what needs to happen to make offer.

9. Send out congratulation note to each new hire and ask for referrals.
